Energy Connect is a high voltage infrastructure project that involves the construction of 900km of new transmission lines between NSW and SA. The project also includes the construction of a new substation known as ‘Dinawan’, located between Jerilderie and Coleambally, NSW. ARTL have been servicing the Geotechnical and consulting requirements of the development, including Pile Inspections for the large Synchronous Condensers, Relative Compaction Testing for the substation building pad, and various Bearing Capacity Assessments and Crane Pad Assessments.
